We first started working with Craig and his team in 2010. At the time we thought we understood our business, work hard, play hard, being the good guys etc and helping our Resellers’ grow their businesses. They reviewed our brand identity and came up with a simplified classic, but cool mark, that I absolutely loved. However, it was the invention of the Train > Guide > Win Tagline that had the most transformative effect on our business.

 I guess as a business owner, you’re always looking for a way to explain the business to all the team. What we stand for, our vision and then get everyone to buy into that and drive the business forwards under a United banner. Train>Guide>Win was the missing explanation of what we did, it summed us up and the business used that every day to improve. It unified the business and I cannot overplay how transformational it was.

 Forwarding the clock on six years, following a number of successful acquisitions, our business had successfully gone from £20 to £40 million. Through these acquisitions and irrevocable changes in technology, our service offering had also dynamically changed and diversified. So, we engaged with Craig and his team once again to re-review our brand, proposition and messaging. Once again, through their collaborative process, we developed a new mantra ‘Free to Perform’. This tagline has again engaged with all of our stakeholders, explains how we can help them all and helped take our business to the £60 million business it is today.
