From first hand experience, we have worked with a few who took our watches and didn’t always tell us the right time!

So how are we different and why does it matter?

We are prepared to get our hands dirty and invest some time getting to know you to see whether, where and how we can really help. We’ve worked with many different businesses across a multitude of business sectors. We want to share this knowledge to benefit your individual needs.

We’ve made many mistakes along the way and learnt from them, We want to use this knowledge to help others avoid those pitfalls and make a real difference to your business.

We provide objective, results based solutions. We might not always tell you what you want to hear, but we will be brutally honest about your brand or marketing plans when necessary to avoid costly mistakes.

Craig Watson & Associates was founded in 2019

Before founding CW, Craig spent over 25 years driving and managing fst Marketing Communications Ltd. fst is a successful B2B creative services agency. fst has regional representation on four continents.

During Craig’s time at fst, clients included some notable blue chips: Visa, Avis, Siemens, Rentokil Initial, Santander and Canon Europe.

Within fst Craig also enjoyed working with smaller businesses. He took learnings, best practices, brand and marketing strategies from larger organisations and applied them to SMEs.

In 2016 fst acquired a small sports agency to help expand their client base. This brought in clients including The English Football League (EFL), International Cricket Council (ICC) and English Cricket Board (ECB).

For more than a decade, fst has consistently achieved an average turnover of £3.5 million per annum.

Craig successfully existed fst in 2019 as part of a unique, planned / phased Management Buy Out (MBO), enabling a successful exit strategy and ensuring the legacy Craig helped to create lives on.
